Challenges

The SuperVolunteer Challenge has begun! Support other non-profits in your area by volunteering your time and receive a SuperVolunteer badge! Challenge ends Saturday, March 27, 2021.

WonderCon 2021 is going virtual, but that doesn’t mean your help isn't needed. There are opportunities where you can help those in need during the pandemic, so to coincide with WonderCon@Home 2021, we are inviting you to support other non-profit organizations in your area by participating in a SuperVolunteer Challenge!

Between now and March 27, 2021, choose an organization in your area that accepts volunteers and sign up to volunteer for a day, a week, or whatever works for you and the organization. Suggestions are food banks, animal shelters (foster a dog, a cat, a rabbit or a hamster!), vaccine centers, Meals-on-Wheels or other senior services, Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross, etc.

After you complete your first volunteer assignment, let us know by sending an email to wcvolchallenge@comic-con.org with a little bit about the experience, and you can send a photo or two as well. Be sure to include your Comic-Con Member ID in the email.

For those outstanding volunteers who complete the challenge, we will send you a downloadable SuperVolunteer badge in recognition of your volunteer service! Please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive an email reply with your badge. Then you can proudly display your SuperVolunteer badge knowing you made a difference during these tough times.

Thank you for all that you do and stay safe!
