WonderCon Anaheim Professionals

WonderCon Anaheim 2019 professional badge registration is now closed. There will be no onsite professional registration. The deadline to register for a professional badge was March 11, 2019.

 

To receive important information from our professional registration department, sign in to your Comic-Con Member ID account and select the "OPT-OUTS" option on the "My Account" tab. Make sure you have not checked the "Email Opt-Out" box. If you have selected to opt out of email notifications from Comic-Con, you will not be notified of important registration updates.

Before you may register for WonderCon Anaheim 2019, you must first determine your professional status. All professional applicants fall into one of two categories: First-Time Applicant or Returning Professional.

To determine your category, log in to your Comic-Con Member ID account and click the "Professionals" tab. If you are a returning professional, your member class will be “Professional” and your professional verification status will be “DUE” or “NOT DUE”. If you are a first-time professional applicant, no "Professionals" tab will be displayed. 

If your professional verification status is NOT DUE: The deadline to register for a WonderCon Anaheim 2019 professional badge was March 11, 2019. If you did not register online prior to this date, you may not attend WonderCon Anaheim 2019 as a professional.

Eligible professional badges registered prior to February 14, 2019 have been shipped to the registered professional, including guest badges. If you do not receive your badge by March 15, 2019, please contact us immediately at undeliveredbadge@comic-con.org. Don't forget to include your full name and your Comic-Con Member ID.

All professional badges registered on or after February 14, 2019 must be picked up onsite at the Anaheim Convention Center. Only the registering professional will be allowed to pick up badges, including guest badges. Guests of professionals cannot pick up their own badge. Please bring your registration confirmation and a photo ID to the Professional Registration Area in Hall E when you arrive. You will need your confirmation to access the Anaheim Convention Center. Badge pick-up hours are included on your confirmation. 

If your professional verification status is DUE or you applied as a FIRST-TIME PROFESSIONAL: All applications were due by January 16, 2019. If you did not submit an application before the deadline, we are unable to accept additional applications at this time. Professional Guest Badges

Each verified professional was eligible to request a complimentary WonderCon Anaheim 2019 badge for up to two guests. All professional guests must have had their own valid and confirmed Comic-Con Member ID. To create a Member ID, visit https://secure2.comic-con.org/memberid/

Guest badges are limited, and not all guests can be accommodated. Professional guest badges may be used to register up to two adult or junior (13-17) members. Children (age 12 and under) are free with a professional badge and do not count toward your guest limit. Child badges must be registered onsite at the Professional Registration Area in Hall E. The child must be present to receive a badge. There will be no onsite registration for adult professionals or guests.

WonderCon Anaheim Professional Terms & Conditions

The only way to apply for a professional badge is to submit a “WonderCon Anaheim 2019 Application for Professionals,” and verification materials and be approved by Comic-Con International before the deadline date. Professionals must provide verification materials demonstrating their continued qualifying work in the industry every three years.

Professional verification and approval is ultimately at the discretion of Comic-Con International.

A WonderCon Anaheim professional badge is good for entry to all of the events held at WonderCon Anaheim (space permitting). The WonderCon Anaheim professional badge, however, does not allow for early entry into the Exhibit Hall, programming rooms, events, or guaranteed seating. Please keep in mind that professional registration is a courtesy and your WonderCon Anaheim professional badge is non-transferable. You may not transfer or sell your WonderCon Anaheim professional badge. A professional badge has no monetary value and you are not entitled to a refund of any amount for your complimentary professional badge. Duplicate badges of any type are not allowed. Lost or undelivered badges may be replaced onsite in the Professional Registration Area.

As always, the issuance of a professional badge is at the sole discretion of Comic-Con International/ WonderCon Anaheim.
