WonderCon Professional Registration Info

WonderCon 2022 professional badge registration is now open!
If you are a professional who is NOT DUE to re-verify, please read the instructions below for information on the registration process.

For the WonderCon COVID-19 policy, click here. Please do not register for a badge if you are unable or unwilling to meet the policy requirements.

To look up your Member ID details, please log in at https://comic-con.configio.com and look to the left under “Account Settings”.


REGISTRATION SESSION

Please follow the steps below to register your badge and guest badges (if available):

STEP 1: Log in to your Member ID, then select “Professionals” on the top row, then select “WonderCon 2022 Professional Registration”.

STEP 2: Confirm the details shown are correct, then select “Add to Cart”. This will add your own Professional badge to the cart.

STEP 3: After you select “Add to Cart”, if professional guest badges are still available, this box will appear. If you’d like to register guest badges, select “Add to Cart” and the number of guests you would like (1 or 2), then select “Checkout”. If you do not wish to register any guests, select “Checkout” immediately and move to step 5 below.

STEP 4: For each guest you wish to register, select “Purchase for a Friend” and enter their Member ID and last name. Once all guests have been assigned, select “Save & Continue”.

STEP 5: Carefully read our badge registration terms and conditions and COVID-19 policy. Select the “I agree to the above statement” checkbox, and then “Save & Continue”.

STEP 6: You are ready to check out! Ensure that all order details are correct, then select “Process Order”.

When your registration is complete, you will see a confirmation screen that lists your badge and guest badges. Please note that your guests will be listed twice—once directly under your badge and once under “Additional Orders”. Do not worry! A confirmation will be sent directly to your email containing a barcode for each badge that you registered. Please bring this email with you to pick up your badge and any guest badges that you registered. You and your guests will also receive separate emails for each of your guest badges, however only the email sent to the registering professional that includes the barcodes will allow for badge pick-up.

Reminder: All professional guests must have their own unique and confirmed Comic-Con Member ID. A Member ID is free and you only need to sign up once! We encourage you to have your guest sign up for a Member ID as soon as possible. You will not be able to register a guest without knowing their last name and Member ID as it appears in their Member ID account.

 


RECOMMENDED BROWSER SETTINGS

Attempting to purchase badges using multiple tabs within the same browser will confuse the badge sale system and cause your transaction to fail. Only use one browser tab when trying to purchase badges.

Your browser should have JavaScript and cookies enabled to function reliably with the waiting room and badge registration system. These features are usually enabled in the default configuration of most modern web browsers. If you do not have these features enabled, the waiting room application will not function properly.

A note about mobile devices:

The badge registration system is not formatted for iPad or mobile devices. Although mobile devices have been tested and can be used to register for a badge during professional registration, Comic-Con is unable to guarantee that the registration system will behave as expected using a mobile device.
 

THE FINE PRINT

While Comic-Con has made every effort to make the badge registration experience fair for everyone, it is possible that problems outside of our control could result in the system not working as planned. The possibility exists that anti-virus, anti-spyware, and anti-malware software may aggressively block browser cookies, JavaScript, or other operations of modern web applications. It is also possible that user error, specific hardware problems, local ISP issues, or simply the extremely high level of demand beyond our control may result in your computer and/or browser not behaving as described above. While Comic-Con has done extensive testing, we make no guarantees that your efforts will result in a successful badge registration regardless of when you enter the process.
