Important Information Regarding Programs and Autographs at Comic-Con
All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your badge
is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its
capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature.
Your badge does not guarantee autographs at any event.

MISSION VALLEY HOTEL OPTIONS
We've added additional hotels in the Mission Valley area, and we've added special Comic-Con shuttle service to support them. In addition,
you can pickup your 4-Day and Thursday badges at this location. And, we've extended bag check at the Convention Center to make it easier for those
of you staying outside downtown.

BEWARE!
It has come to our attention that a company identifying itself as Elite Locations is advertising
that it can book local hotel rooms during Comic-Con.
First and foremost, San Diego Comic-Con is not affiliated with Elite Locations in any manner.
ALL of the hotels listed in their advertisement have indicated that Elite Locations does not have the right
to book rooms on their behalf!
We also checked with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau. The BBB rating given to Elite Locations (based on the BBB A-F scale)
was an F -- the lowest possible rating
While we have had our own issues with hotel bookings, the best way to secure a hotel during Comic-Con is to:
1. Contact Travel Planners,
2. Contact the hotels directly, or
3. Book through a reputable, known travel agency or website.
Please Note: This listing is for reference only. This
is not a listing of hotels that have rooms available. It
is a reference tool you can use should additional rooms become
available through Travel Planners.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
It has come to the attention of hotel management's staff at the
Manchester Grand Hyatt that some Comic-Con attendees may have made
reservations under another group's code during the annual Comic-Con
Convention dates this year. Any guest who has made a reservation
under another group's rate will be audited and once verified and
confirmed will be subject to immediate cancellation of their reservation.

QUESTIONS?
Please contact Travel Planners at:
IMPORTANT NOTE: You cannot book your hotel through the
Comic-Con reservation service at these special rates until March
18th.
As Comic-Con gets closer, hotel rooms do free up. We urge everyone
who plans on making a hotel reservation for the event to keep
checking the hotel registration site for updated room availability.
If you don't get your first choice on March 18, check back later
to see if the hotel you prefer is available.
Comic-Con 2010 Hotel Reservations Open March 18!
Hotel reservations for Comic-Con 2010 will open on March 18 at
9:00 AM Pacific time. As everyone knows from the past few years,
the discounted rate offered by Comic-Con on the rooms in our block
means that they tend to sell out in the first few hours. This year,
Comic-Con, Travel Planners (our hotel reservation partner), and
the hotels in our block have come up with a number of solutions
that we think will help the reservation process:
There are more hotels available than ever before.
This year's block includes 38 hotels, with 24 of them on the Comic-Con
Shuttle route (mainly downtown) and an additional 14 in Mission Valley
and the Mission Bay/SeaWorld areas. The Mission Valley hotels, while
not serviced by the Comic-Con Shuttle, have the advantage of proximity
to the San Diego MTS Trolley line, which will deliver you directly
to the Convention Center, with two stops across the street from the
building. These hotels also offer the advantage of leaving your car
behind and avoiding the added cost and hassle of finding parking downtown.
NEW for this year, all hotel reservations will require
a deposit of one night's room and tax for each room you book.
The deposit is required at the time of booking. It is our hope that
this deposit will encourage people to cancel a reservation as soon
as they know for sure they will not need the room. Rooms canceled
before the deadline can be reoffered through CCI housing -- at our special
rate -- to those people who did not get a room. Many people have been
making multiple reservations on the first day and then deciding later
which hotel to keep. This practice can prevent fellow fans from getting
a room and from being able to attend Comic-Con. We encourage anyone
who books multiple rooms to cancel any unwanted reservations as soon
as possible. Please read the cancelation deadlines below carefully,
and remember that all cancelations should be made through Travel Planners
and not directly with the hotels.
Hotel reservation deposits are fully refundable until May 14, 2010.
From May 15 to June 17, a $75.00 cancellation
fee will be charged.
Starting on June 18, 2010, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
WHEN RESERVATIONS OPEN ON MARCH 18
Important Information (please read carefully):
All reservations require an advance deposit equal to one night's
room and tax. Deposits are required at time of booking. Deposits
can be made by credit card, check, or money order. Between the
date of booking and May 14, all deposits are fully refundable.
Beginning May 15 through June 17, there is a $75.00 cancellation
fee. On June 18 all deposits become nonrefundable.
