Eyes On The Prize!

Comic-Con's Portfolio Review offers advice...and maybe your big break!

Want to put your skills to use for a top comic, animation, special effects, or design company? Then get that portfolio together and head up into the Sails Pavilion to the Portfolio Review Area, where you’ll find industry professionals waiting to critique your work and answer questions.

The companies listed below reserved portfolio space early. More will be added as the show rolls on, so be sure to check the daily events guide and the schedule at the Autograph Area Information Desk each day.

Good luck!

Cartoon Network’s purpose in participating in the review area is to give you feedback in preparing your portfolio for submission in the animation industry. They strongly encourage those with CG skills to submit their portfolio for review. Remember to sign up early, as reviewers were unable to meet last year's demand. While representatives are always happy to hear from fans, they ask that only artists serious in pursuing a career in animation and who have taken the time to compile a portfolio targeted to that goal sign up for time. Please remember that less is more, and pick only your best work to show. It is recommended that you show samples spotlighting the position you want to pursue (i.e. character design, storyboard, etc.). That will help reviewers give you more productive feedback and will make the best use of a limited amount of time.
